Order Processing & Shipping Times:
For orders involving framing, standard production is 7-14 business days before shipping. Our framing partner is local in North Carolina and it is a handcrafted process. For all other orders, our standard production time is 2-3 business days before shipping.
We ship from Raleigh, NC -- west coast customers can expect 3-5 days shipping, east coast customers 2-3 days.
Please expect 10-14 days of production and shipping time for all international orders as they funnel through local customs before arriving at your door. Once the order leaves the US and arrives at the destination country, we do not have visibility into location of the package beyond what is shown on tracking.
Due to high shipping costs, framed prints are not able to be shipped internationally. International shipping costs are volatile in current markets and sometimes may be higher than what was originally calculated/charged. We will contact you if this is the case and reserve the right to adjust your order if need be.
Please be aware, local customs may charge additional import fees/duties for you to receive your package. We do not have insight into what this may be as it varies country by country. Be sure to contact your local postal service provider to learn of their fees, policies and regulations before purchasing if you are outside the US.
We stand behind our quality + craftsmanship. Our packaging is designed to deliver our products / artwork to you damage free. Please take care and follow the unboxing instructions to avoid damage when flattening or removing. If your order arrives damaged, please document with photos and email us -- we will work with you on a replacement.
For returns or exchanges not due to damage (e.g. wanting a different size) we are happy to work with you, however return shipping is assumed by the customer.
